Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential homebuyers, providing expert advice on residential properties, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the buying or renting process. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Residential Real Estate and Real Estate Sales
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and familiarity with real estate agreements
- Strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Bengaluru
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions effectively
- Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Licensure in real estate is an advantage
