About the RoleWe are hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of Real Estate Residential Sales Executive. This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to start their career in real estate.
Leads will be provided by the company — your key focus will be to engage, nurture, and convert these leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and convert company-provided leads into site visits and bookings
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties
- Conduct property tours and explain project features, pricing, and benefits
- Follow up with prospects regularly to drive conversions
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support
- Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience (sales/real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction
Required Skills- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and closing ability
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
- Basic negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
