Job Description
Title: Residential Property Resale Manager
Experience: 4 to 6 years

There will be 2-3 rounds (2 rounds will be F2F mandatory).

Role And Responsibilities
Broker Channel Management: Your primary "product" is your network. You will be responsible for sourcing resale listings and finding buyers by leveraging a deep database of local brokers.
Transaction Management: Unlike primary sales (new builds), resale involves complex paperwork. You must be an expert in DLF/HUDA/Private Builder Transfer process, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and Registry processes specific to Haryana/HSVP guidelines.
Market Intelligence: With 4 years in Gurgaon, you are expected to know the nuances of specific "hot" sectors (e.g., Golf Course Extension, New Gurgaon, or Sohna Road) and the current fair market value of properties there.
Mobility & Presence: The requirement for a 4-wheeler is non-negotiable because this role involves constant site visits, client meetings, and "on-the-ground" networking across the city.
