Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Property Executive located in Koramangala. The Residential Property Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end interactions with prospective tenants and buyers, including property showings, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information on available residential units. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of properties, coordinating with owners, and ensuring that listings, documentation, and property details are current and compliant. The Executive will support pricing discussions, assist in basic financial and rental calculations, and help clients understand payment plans and contract terms. Daily tasks also include monitoring property condition, coordinating with facility and maintenance teams for inspections or repairs, and preparing reports and feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Residential and General Real Estate, including local market trends and property types.
- Experience or familiarity with Property Management and Facility Management (FM), including coordination of maintenance and building services.
- Basic knowledge of Finance related to real estate (rent calculations, deposits, payment schedules, and cost comparisons).
- Exposure to Commercial Real Estate is an advantage for handling mixed-use or investor-focused clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct property visits regularly, and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with using property management or CRM software.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
