They combine technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems with managerial skills to minimize downtime, manage budgets, and oversee technicians. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all machinery adheres to safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and conducting safety audits. Technical Support: Training staff on proper equipment usage and providing support. Asset Management: Maintaining detailed maintenance records, managing spare parts inventory, and optimizing costs.
