Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Channel Partner Sales Manager at Hiranandani Parks, located in Oragadam, Chennai. The role involves building scale and maintaining relationships with channel partners, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving overall sales volume through residential partnerships. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, organizing events to drive engagement, ensuring satisfaction among channel partners, and providing training to enhance their sales capabilities. Would like to source national and international partners.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills, with 10 plus years of proven experience and existing trade relations
- Knowledge and experience in real estate sales, marketing strategies, and customer acquisition
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
- Self-motivated with organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities
- Fluent in local languages and English, with a good understanding of the Chennai real estate market
