Resident Systems Engineer
DepartmentEngineering – Customer Technical Interface

Role Description
- Manage the customer interface on technical matters across carlines.
- Act as the technical counterpart for the customer, including technical discussions and reliability reviews.
- Transfer requirements from the customer to the engineering organization.
- Support the planning, documentation and release of components with the customer.
- Develop the vehicle integration test plan and test facilities and analyse test results.
- Monitor agreed development goals such as time schedule and functionality through internal and external system validation.
- Manage local suppliers to achieve objectives regarding functionality and time schedule.
- Serve as the contact person for internal departments, suppliers and the customer (OEM).
- Swedish language speaking person is preferred. Could be added advantage.
Skills And Proven Experience
- Proven experience managing customer interfaces, technical topics and projects.
- Strong team-working, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter, able to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Senior experience in vehicle architectures and feature development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to innovative ideas.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
- Financial focus.
- Exceptional approach to work and finding solutions under stress, with both the customer and the central engineering department.
- B.E. or Masters in Electronics, or Electrical, Electronics And Telecommunication.
