Job Description – Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) - Databricks
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) to work directly with strategic enterprise customers and design, develop, and deliver scalable fullstack applications and AI-driven solutions on the
Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong expertise in
software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML integration, and cloud-native application development.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to build enterprise-grade solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Lead architecture and design decisions for enterprise applications and AI-driven solutions
- Design secure, scalable, and high-performance systems aligned with customer requirements and best practices
Application Engineering - Develop fullstack applications including:
- Backend services
- Frontend interfaces
- API integrations
- Build scalable enterprise applications leveraging Databricks and cloud technologies
Data & AI Solution Delivery - Design and implement:
- Data pipelines
- Data transformations
- AI/ML integrations
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into enterprise applications
Customer Engagement
- Work directly with customer teams and stakeholders
- Understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions
- Present architecture, solution design, and technical recommendations to leadership teams
