Role Description
This is a full-time, in-house role for a Resident Sales Engineer (In-house) based in Thrissur. The Resident Sales Engineer will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing sales operations, providing technical support to clients, and developing strong customer relationships.
No of Vacancy: Multiple
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Experience: 2–5 Years Minimum
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in inhouse technical B2B sales of electrical or infrastructure products
- Handle inbound inquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, and follow up on leads from the office
- Strong network with consultants, EPC contractors, and project specifiers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate with field sales team and technical department for order closures
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo / Zoho/ equivalent) and MS Excel.
