About the Role
We are hiring Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) on behalf of a growing multi-location hospital network across India.
This is a bedside, shift-based role involving direct patient care in the ICU, Emergency, and high-dependency units. The position is ideal for MBBS doctors seeking structured exposure to critical care and emergency medicine in technology-enabled hospital environments.

Experience Required
- 1-4 years of clinical experience
- ICU / ER exposure preferred
- Fresh MBBS candidates with strong emergency exposure may be considered (location-dependent)
Compensation
💰 Up to ₹20 LPA (depending on experience and location)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care in ICU / ER / NICU units
- Manage admissions, daily rounds, and emergency interventions
- Perform critical procedures such as:
- Endotracheal intubation
- Central line insertion
- Arterial line placement
- Basic ventilator management
- Coordinate with consultants and nursing teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ICU protocols
- Participate in audits, quality reviews, and case discussions
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS with a valid State/National Medical Council registration
- ACLS / BLS certification preferred
- Comfortable working in roster-based ICU schedules
- Strong clinical judgment and procedural confidence
