Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Resident Medical Officer located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include providing quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures and surgeries, and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal care and treatment. The role also involves guiding and training junior healthcare staff and maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Medicine and Patient Care to deliver optimal treatment and manage patient well-being
- Experience in Surgery and working collaboratively with Physicians in a hospital setting
- Capability to train and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to high medical standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized in India
- Relevant certifications or advanced training in orthopedics or other specialties are an advantage
