Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer, based in Saharanpur. The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for patient care, performing and assisting in medical procedures and surgeries, collaborating closely with physicians, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of in-patients. Additional duties include providing training and guidance to junior staff, monitoring treatment plans, and maintaining detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Patient Care.
- Proficiency in Surgery and related medical procedures.
- Ability to train, supervise, and mentor junior medical staff.
- Experience working collaboratively with Physicians and healthcare teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interactions.
- MBBS degree
- Registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant state medical council.
