Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer at Paras Health in Patna. The Resident Medical Officer will oversee daily medical operations within the hospital, ensuring high-quality clinical care for patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, and management, supporting emergency care, and maintaining accurate medical records. Collaborating with medical teams and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and regulations are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis formulation, and treatment management
- Competency in emergency care, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution; additional certification or specialization in a relevant field is advantageous
- Relevant prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
