Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarangarh for a Resident Medical Officer. The responsibilities include providing primary medical care, diagnosing and treating illnesses, attending to patient emergencies, assisting with routine and specialized medical procedures, and ensuring efficient medical management. The Resident Medical Officer will coordinate with physicians, train and supervise clinical staff as needed, and maintain accurate patient records while upholding the highest standards of patient care and medical ethics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medicine and Patient Care to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions effectively.
- Capability in assisting with or performing Surgery and managing medical procedures under supervision.
- Experience in Working with Physicians as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide optimal patient outcomes.
- Ability and readiness to provide Training for junior medical staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Possession of a valid medical license and completion of a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making skills in emergency situations.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting or relevant medical field is a strong advantage.
