Job Summary
Healic Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team at Ghaziabad and Agra locations. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting consultants, managing emergency cases, monitoring admitted patients, and ensuring smooth clinical operations in the hospital.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and initial diagnosis
- Handle OPD, IPD, and emergency medical cases efficiently
- Monitor admitted patients and perform regular ward rounds
- Assist consultants during procedures and surgeries when required
- Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans as per hospital protocols
- Perform basic medical procedures such as:
- IV Cannulation
- Suturing
- Catheterization
- ECG Monitoring
- Wound Dressing
- Basic Emergency Management
- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and discharge summaries
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for seamless patient care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and casualty calls
- Support hospital operations during rotational and night shifts
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution
- Valid registration with State Medical Council/NMC
- 0–3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Freshers with strong internship exposure may also apply
- ACLS/BLS certification will be an added advantage
