Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer located in Bengaluru South. The Resident Medical Officer will oversee patient care, provide medical consultations, perform routine check-ups, attend to emergencies, and coordinate with residents, families, and physicians. Daily responsibilities include administering treatments, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, addressing health concerns, and participating in training sessions to enhance care quality. The role requires commitment to high standards of patient well-being and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Medicine and Patient Care to address various medical needs and ensure quality treatment for seniors.
- Strong ability to work alongside Physicians and collaborate effectively within medical teams.
- Proficiency in conducting Surgery and handling medical emergencies as required.
- Experience in Training medical and caregiving staff to maintain high care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with families, residents, and healthcare professionals.
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification with relevant experience; prior experience in geriatrics or elder care is an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards, problem-solving abilities, and passion for senior care.
