Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Manager at our pre-opening 31 keys resort under the brand " Moments by Machan" located in Khandala. As a Resident Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring consistent and high-quality guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring property maintenance, overseeing guest services, implementing operational standards, and ensuring compliance with company values around sustainability and environmental stewardship. Additionally, you will address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and consistently work to enhance both the guest experience and the overall efficiency of resort operations.
Qualifications
- Management and organizational skills, with experience in team leadership and daily operational oversight
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with guests effectively and address their needs
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly practices, along with a commitment to environmentally conscious hospitality
- Problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen challenges and ensure smooth resort operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate within the team and with guests
- Proficiency in event management to oversee events and conferences hosted at the resort
- A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience as a manager or similar supervisory role in the hospitality or eco-tourism sector is highly desirable
