Position: Resident Engineer Infrastructure Projects Sales

Job Summary
The Resident Engineer Infrastructure Projects Sales is responsible for handling sales and business development activities for infrastructure projects such as Water Treatment Plants, Oil Gas, Power Plants, Chemical Industries, EPC Projects, and Government Infrastructure Projects. The role includes client coordination, technical discussions, project tracking, tender handling, and ensuring timely execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure and industrial projects.
- Handle project sales for piping systems, valves, fittings, or industrial products.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end users.
- Attend technical and commercial discussions with clients.
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, and approvals.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and quotations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for order closure.
- Ensure timely submission of documents related to tenders and projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and accounts.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of infrastructure project sales and industrial products.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Strong client handling and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with EPC projects and tender processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Infrastructure / Industrial Project Sales.
- Experience in piping industry, valves, pumps, or EPC sales preferred.
