Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Engineer, located in Satna. The Resident Engineer will oversee construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include on-site supervision, coordination with contractors, monitoring project timelines, ensuring quality control, and resolving any technical issues that may arise during project execution.

- Technical skills in construction management, engineering principles, and on-site supervision
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for addressing technical challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordination with contractors and stakeholders
- Understanding of safety regulations, quality assurance processes, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in construction or engineering project management is a plus
