Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Resident Captain with some work-from-home flexibility, based in Indore. The Resident Captain will oversee daily operations across Stanza Living residences in the city, ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents. Responsibilities include managing resident feedback, resolving escalations, maintaining property standards, coordinating community events, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols. Collaboration with various teams to implement process improvements and provide a seamless experience to residents is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and resident engagement skills, including handling feedback and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Excellent organizational and operational management abilities for maintaining property standards and ensuring compliance with processes.
- Event planning and community management experience, with a focus on creating inclusive and enjoyable resident activities.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model and willingness to travel within Indore, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with tech-driven processes and a passion for using technology to enhance resident experiences is a plus.
