Role Description
The Resident Captain will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and community management of one or more co-living spaces. Responsibilities include addressing resident needs, coordinating with support teams, managing check-ins and check-outs, and organizing community-building events. The role also encompasses maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing any concerns or conflicts. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dehradun, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with residents and team members
- Experience in conflict resolution, customer service, and community engagement
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage daily operations, scheduling, and logistics
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, reporting, and technology-based tools
- Experience in the hospitality, co-living, or property management industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
