Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Reservations Ticketing Agent. The role involves managing reservations, booking flights and accommodations, assisting clients with travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing ticketing requests, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and resolve inquiries.
- Proficiency in handling Reservations and Ticketing systems with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Travel & Tourism industry and experience in managing travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Sales skills to promote packages and services, and achieve targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and booking platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Degree or certification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
