Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Reservations Ticketing Agent role located in Panaji. As a Reservations Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservation inquiries, issuing tickets, and assisting clients with their travel plans. You will ensure exceptional customer service while coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other service providers. Additionally, you will handle customer requests, provide travel recommendations, and support sales efforts to meet company goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in handling reservations and ticketing systems.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on delivering a seamless travel experience.
  • Knowledge of travel and tourism industry practices and trends.
  • Basic sales skills to promote packages, tours, and other services efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using relevant computer applications and systems.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
