Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Reservations Ticketing Agent. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers and travel agents with flight reservations, managing booking modifications, and providing efficient and courteous customer service. The role requires ensuring accuracy of ticketing processes, exploring flight options, and addressing client inquiries to facilitate smooth travel arrangements. The agent will also play a key role in supporting sales efforts and maintaining professional relationships with travel partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge and experience in Reservations and Travel & Tourism
- Sales acumen to identify opportunities and support travel partners effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel-related software is an advantage
- Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel or hospitality are a plus
