Radisson Blu Resort, Cavelossim – Goa is looking for a Reservations Supervisor / Team leader to join our team.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Professional handling of emails and guest/corporate correspondence
Hands-on experience with OTA handling and extranet management
Managing reservations, amendments, cancellations and room availability
Coordinating with Front Office, Revenue and Sales teams
Ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on all reservation-related queries
What we’re looking for:
A detail-oriented hospitality professional with good communication skills, strong computer knowledge and a passion for delivering seamless guest service.
