Role Description The Reservations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end reservations process for KNY Stay’s service apartments. This role includes managing reservation inquiries across phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate availability updates, and confirming bookings in a timely manner. The Reservations Supervisor will coordinate with operations and front office teams to align room allocation with guest requirements and corporate agreements. They will monitor reservation trends, maintain records and reports, support dynamic pricing decisions, and help drive occupancy and revenue targets. The role also involves resolving guest and client issues related to bookings, supervising and mentoring reservations staff, and ensuring that service standards and communication guidelines are consistently followed.
Qualifications
- Strong reservations experience, including handling bookings, availability management, and coordination with operations teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience in training, coaching, or supervising team members in a reservations or front office environment.
- Familiarity with property management systems, booking platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
- Previous experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or corporate housing is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
