Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Sales Associate, based in Delhi Cantonment. The role involves managing hotel booking inquiries, processing reservations, and addressing customer queries through voice, email, and chat. You will engage with customers to provide seamless experiences while supporting the company’s reservation sales and revenue optimization goals. The role also encompasses tracking booking patterns and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency in English
- Customer service abilities, including conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Central Reservations Systems (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of Digital and Social Media management tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or sales is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms is a plus
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts is advantageous
