Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in lucknow for a Reservations Sales Agent. The role involves managing reservation inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient booking processes for weddings, events, and related services. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, managing booking systems, coordinating with the event planning team, and promoting available services and packages. Building strong client relationships and providing all necessary information to ensure smooth event planning are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Experience with Reservations and Receptionist Duties, including managing booking systems and scheduling.
- Sales skills, including the ability to effectively understand client needs and promote services and packages.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using reservation software and basic office tools such as email and scheduling platforms.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- 3 year experience in hospitality, events, or a related field is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
