Role Overview
The Reservations Agent will play a key role in driving bookings, guest engagement, and partnerships for Ekaanta. This role requires a strong blend of sales capability, hospitality understanding, and communication finesse, with the ability to convert inquiries into meaningful guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest & Booking Management
- Handle incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through personalized communication
- Guide guests through room categories, experiences, and wellness offerings
- Ensure a seamless pre-booking and pre-arrival experience
2. Sales & Revenue Support
- Support revenue generation through upselling experiences (spa, yoga, curated activities)
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintain a structured follow-up system for all leads
- Track conversions and improve response quality
3. Corporate & Group Sales Support
- Assist in outreach for corporate offsites and wellness retreats
- Coordinate with senior team on proposals, itineraries, and presentations
- Help build relationships with travel partners, wellness communities, and collaborators
4. Guest Experience Alignment
- Understand Ekaanta’s wellness philosophy and communicate it effectively
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect calm, clarity, and premium service
- Work closely with operations team to align guest expectations with delivery
5. CRM & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and guest preferences
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, and marketing teams
- Provide feedback on guest trends and common concerns
Key Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in hospitality, sales, or customer relationship roles
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English/Hindi)
- Ability to sell experiences, not just rooms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with WhatsApp-based and digital sales
- Interest in wellness, hospitality, or experiential travel is a strong plus
