Role Description
As a Reservations Manager at JadeCaps, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end reservations process to provide excellent service to property owners and guests. Your daily responsibilities will include handling booking inquiries, managing reservation systems, analyzing occupancy and pricing strategies, coordinating with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also train and support team members to ensure a seamless booking experience for all stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Reservations management to oversee and manage booking processes smoothly.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional experiences for clients and guests.
- Sales and Negotiation skills to optimize revenue through effective booking conversions and pricing strategies.
- Experience in Training team members to ensure best practices and operational excellence.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using reservation management systems and familiarity with short-term rental platforms is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
