About the Role:
The Saga Stays is hiring a proactive Reservations & Guest Experience Executive to manage guest inquiries, booking coordination, OTA platforms, and customer experience for premium villas and apartments in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage booking inquiries from direct channels, calls, messaging platforms, and online travel agencies
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow-up and guest support
- Coordinate with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure a seamless experience
- Handle guest requests and liaise with the operations team for smooth service delivery
- Update pricing, availability, and calendars across OTA platforms
- Maintain reservation records, reports, and operational data using Excel
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and digital outreach initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve occupancy, sales, and guest satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Experience in hospitality reservations, guest relations, or travel sales
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Excellent soft skills and guest handling ability
- Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
- Comfortable using Excel and online communication tools
- Strong customer service, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Smart, responsible, and self-driven personality
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of relevant experience
- Background in hotels, villas, vacation rentals, or travel industry
- Candidate can work remotely but should be open to on-site presence in Goa when required
