Job Summary
The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling booking inquiries, client communication, and reservation coordination for serviced apartments. This role is ideal for hotel management fresh graduates with strong communication skills who are looking to build a career in hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation inquiries via email, phone, and corporate communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and reservation details.
- Maintain accurate booking records, availability, and occupancy data.
- Coordinate with operations and front office teams for smooth check-ins.
- Communicate professionally with corporate clients and expat guests.
- Manage booking changes, extensions, and cancellations.
- Support billing coordination and documentation.
- Maintain high standards of email communication and response time.
