About VILLASA
VILLASA is a premium villa and boutique-stay discovery brand. We curate, shoot, and market India's finest private properties — and handle every booking from first inquiry to checkout. Currently managing 25+ properties with 65+ bookings per month across Kolkata. Scaling to 100+ properties pan-India.

The Role
You'll be the operational backbone of our reservation system. You'll manage the full booking lifecycle — from the moment a guest inquiry comes in on WhatsApp to the moment they check out. You'll work alongside our Reservation Manager, handling guest communication, availability coordination, caretaker briefings, payment follow-ups, and calendar management across all properties.
This is not a call-centre job. You'll own guest relationships. When a guest hesitates, you'll know how to close. When three bookings overlap, you'll keep them straight without panicking.
What You'll Do
— Handle incoming guest inquiries on WhatsApp — respond within 15 minutes during working hours — Share property options, pricing, and availability with potential guests — Follow up with undecided guests and push bookings to close — Coordinate check-in and check-out details with property caretakers — Maintain booking calendars across all properties on Google Calendar — Track payments — advances, balances, security deposits — Collect guest ID verification before confirming bookings — Update the booking ledger after every confirmed booking — Flag issues immediately — double bookings, guest complaints, payment delays
Who You Are
— Organised: you can track 15 active bookings across 25+ properties without losing a thread — Comfortable closing: not pushy, but confident enough to handle "too expensive" and convert — Fast: hospitality runs on speed, not perfection. You reply, then refine — Fluent in Hindi and English on WhatsApp — professional, warm, clear — Based in Kolkata, available full-time — Familiar with Google Calendar, Google Sheets, WhatsApp — Hospitality, travel, or customer-facing experience is a strong plus — not mandatory
