Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in North Goa for a Guest Reservations Executive. The role involves managing guest inquiries, facilitating reservations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include handling booking processes, coordinating with homeowners and the operations team, addressing guest concerns, and upselling services to meet business goals. As a Guest Reservations Executive, you will contribute to creating a seamless and pleasant journey for our guests, embodying the high standards of Staymaster's hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional experience.
- Expertise in Reservations and Sales, with the ability to manage bookings and consistently achieve targets.
- Dedication to Customer Satisfaction and retaining customers by ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant reservation and customer management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or similar roles is highly beneficial.
