Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. The Reservations Executive will manage guest inquiries, handle reservation processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to booking requests, coordinating reservation details, monitoring availability, and promoting services to effectively maximize bookings and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Expertise in Reservations and Customer Service to successfully manage booking processes and assist clients
- Sales and Customer Satisfaction experience, with a focus on achieving targets and ensuring positive guest experiences
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and related software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic customer requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is preferred
