Role Description
As a full-time Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for managing reservation requests on emails, Your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, coordinating vehicle availability.
This is an on-site role based in Mumbai and requires candidates to work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is rotational shift job. There will be night shift as well.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries.
- Experience in Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through prompt and accurate service.
- Basic understanding of Sales techniques to promote company services and meet business targets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently within a team.
- Proficiency in computer skills and reservation software is highly desirable.
- Educational background or professional experience in hospitality, sales, or customer relations would be advantageous.
