Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive, located in Saket. The Reservations Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing reservations, responding to customer inquiries, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, and optimizing room occupancy. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to meet booking targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Reservations and familiarity with reservation systems
- Commitment to excellence in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and team members
- Sales expertise with the ability to support and achieve booking targets
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using relevant technology and tools to manage reservations
