At Viraalay, we’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our growing team and ensure seamless booking experiences for our guests.
📍 Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
🕘 Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🔎 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage booking requests and confirmations efficiently
✅ Coordinate with guests and internal property teams
✅ Maintain accurate reservation records
✅ Utilize Excel and reservation systems effectively
