Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure seamless communication with clients regarding their reservations or travel plans. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to an exceptional guest experience. The candidate will also play a key role in providing recommendations and up-to-date information about the company’s offerings to prospective guests.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in reservation systems or platforms
- Sales or up-selling skills in hospitality or tourism contexts
- Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in handling customer feedback
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of the luxury travel and hospitality industry is preferred
- Experience in a similar role, with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field being desirable
