Role Description
The Reservations Executive will manage reservations and ensure smooth guest interactions in an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru South. Key responsibilities include processing booking requests, responding to customer queries, providing post-booking assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working to maximize booking opportunities. The role requires close coordination with guests, property owners, and the operations team to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and handling Customer Service inquiries
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Basic Sales skills to identify and maximize booking opportunities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
