Looking for Hotel Reservation Associate who will be responsible for handling guest booking requests, managing room reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This role ensures accurate reservation processing and contributes to maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide detailed information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel services
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately in the reservation system
- Maintain up-to-date records of guest information and reservation details
- Coordinate with front office and housekeeping teams regarding room availability
- Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Monitor booking channels (OTA platforms like Booking.com and Expedia)
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email systems)
