Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive based in Bardez, Goa. The responsibilities include managing customer reservations, assisting clients throughout the booking process, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. The Reservations Executive will also handle inquiries, support sales efforts, and manage customer communications efficiently to meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
- Experience in Reservations management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales techniques to maximize booking opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
