Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bardez for a Hotel Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing bookings, assisting customers with reservations, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Other key tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining records of reservations, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Reservations management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Sales and upselling techniques
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- Proficiency in using reservation systems or software is an advantage
- Previous 1-2 years experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
