Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive based in Kochi. The Reservations Executive will manage guest reservations, assist customers in their booking inquiries, maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless communication, and support sales efforts to maximize occupancy. This role includes handling customer requests, ensuring accuracy in booking details, and providing exceptional customer service to create outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with guests and address their needs
- Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring accurate booking processes
- Ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction and build positive guest relationships
- Basic Sales knowledge to support the business in achieving occupancy and revenue goals
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented, high-paced environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in using reservation software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
