Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhopal for a Reservation Supervisor/Executive. The role involves overseeing the reservation process to ensure efficient booking operations and high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing reservations, leading communications with guests and internal departments, ensuring smooth customer service delivery, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Additionally, the role involves training team members to maintain high standards of excellence and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Reservations and a strong understanding of booking systems and procedures
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to liaise with guests and collaborate with the team effectively
- Expertise in Customer Service and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving
- Ability to train and guide team members, ensuring consistency in service standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation software is preferred
- A background in hospitality or hotel management is an advantage
