Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Supervisor at our Gurgaon location. The Reservation Supervisor will oversee the reservations team, ensuring seamless booking processes and excellent guest service. Key responsibilities include managing daily reservation activities, responding to guest inquiries, ensuring accurate data entry, and collaborating with other departments to optimize occupancy. The role requires maintaining high standards of hospitality and ensuring that guests' needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge in reservation management, scheduling, and hotel management systems
- Strong customer service and guest relationship management skills
- Leadership and team management experience, including training and mentoring staff
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in bookings and reports
- Proficiency in communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment
- Familiarity with travel industry trends and competitive market analysis
- Relevant experience in hospitality or a related field; a diploma/degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
