Role Description
Reservation Manager - Six Senses Vana will oversee daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring impeccable customer service and efficient booking management. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, managing room reservations, optimizing revenue opportunities, and coordinating with all relevant departments. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to maintain consistent service quality and developing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Reservations and Sales strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and internal teams effectively
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to uphold service standards
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
- Experience working in a luxury hospitality environment is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
