Job Title: Reservation Executive
Location: Karjat

Reports To: Reservation Manager
Role Description: The Reservation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karjat, Mumbai. The Reservation Executive will manage room reservations across luxury properties, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online channels while ensuring accurate and timely bookings. Daily responsibilities include updating reservation systems, verifying availability and rates, processing modifications or cancellations, and coordinating with front office, sales, and revenue teams to optimize room allocation. The role also involves responding to guest queries, providing property and room information, upselling packages or higher room categories, and maintaining detailed records of guest preferences and special requests.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening for guest interactions.
- Experience in reservations and familiarity with hotel reservation or property management systems.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales skills with the ability to upsell room types, packages, and services in line with revenue goals.
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or related service industries is preferred.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Comfort working with digital tools, reservation platforms, and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, based on business needs.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
