Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Reservation Executive role, located in Bengaluru South. The Reservation Executive will manage inbound and outbound reservation requests, ensure accurate booking details, and maintain a sharp focus on customer satisfaction. The role includes assisting guests with personalized booking needs, upselling services when appropriate, and maintaining efficient communication between the sales and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with guests effectively and address inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction to manage and optimize booking processes and deliver a positive guest experience.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling services and promoting offers.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and multichannel coordination.
- Familiarity with hospitality or reservation software, and prior work experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
