Roles & Responsibilities:
• To handle all room reservations over digital media (Telephonic, WhatsApp etc.) for the Company
• To understand and pass on the Company’s accommodation policy on reservations and cancellations
• To handle external systems like channel manager, web booking engines, OTA extranets etc
• To co-ordinate with the channel manager, or software vendors for any rate or booking integration issues
• To get feedback on customer stays after their checkouts
• To raise and close any concerns raised by the customers during their stay over the call
• To handle all phone enquiries for reservation, Jungle Passes of the Company
• To sell the Jungle Passes to prospective customers over the calls and emails/ messages
• To handle reservations of Villa & Hotel categories from the Company offerings
• To handle any other business related to reservations as and when required
• To assist work towards revenue maximization on every front
Desired Candidate Profile
• Undergraduate degree in any field
• Ability to interpret and analyze consumer behavior
• Fluency in computer operations, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Tele-calling, tele sales experience
• Demonstrated power to convince customers
